Role OverviewDeliver effective, efficient, and timely delivery of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot, and service of commercial HVAC systems. Utilize multiple trade skills to solve maintenance problems.
What You Will Do
Complete thorough Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services on all standard package and split unit HVAC systems. Perform general repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems. Diagnose and repair common mechanical, electrical, or system failure issues on standard boiler, package, and split unit HVAC systems.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license in good standing. Must possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration License. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write routine reports, and effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
Requirements
- HS diploma or Degree/Certification
- Certified 2 year HVAC technical certificate or state approved HVAC license
- 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Refrigeration License
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
