Role OverviewThe HVAC Technician (Industrial Maintenance) is responsible for performing general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service, and repair to commercial HVAC equipment and commercial kitchen appliances. The role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment, including RTU's, VAV, Chillers, Humidifiers, fan coils, pumps, and ice machines. The technician must also forecast and prepare for equipment downtime, take necessary actions to ensure guest and employee comfort, and maintain required records.
What You Will Do
The HVAC Technician will schedule and perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections, repair air conditioning and heating units, and address emergency breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. They will also order necessary parts, complete required paperwork, and maintain a dependable work attendance record.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in large commercial building systems
- Knowledge of the principles, theories, and operation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, heating equipment, steam generation plants, and ventilation systems
- Completion of HVAC School and HVAC Certification preferred
- A valid California Driver's License is required
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license
