Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with strong troubleshooting skills to support the maintenance and performance of our resort facilities. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivering a comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Requirements

  • HVAC Technician Certificate from an accredited college or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration training and/or experience, or a combination of education and practical experience.
  • Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License may be required.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Mechanical or HVAC Contractor License preferred (if applicable).
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Professional service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to read and speak English as required to perform job duties and communicate with staff and vendors.
