What You Will Do
Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems, serve as a subject matter expert in HVAC, and deliver courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents, staff, and leadership.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC certification
- Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of building maintenance experience construction trades, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems
