Role OverviewTurner Industries is seeking an experienced HVAC Tech for a position in Painesville, OH. The HVAC Tech position assembles, installs, services, and repairs air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units used in homes, schools, commercial, and industrial buildings.
What You Will Do
The HVAC technician will perform a variety of duties including assembling, installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units, diagnosing causes of equipment breakdowns, and making necessary repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC troubleshooting, experience with industrial field work, and a certification from a technical school. Petrochemical experience is a plus.
Requirements
- HVAC certification from a technical school
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Minimum of 5 years field experience with general HVAC troubleshooting
- Minimum of 2 years industrial field experience
- Petrochemical experience a plus
- Experience installing/troubleshooting/repairing various HVAC units
