Role OverviewWe are a residential property management company with more than 6000 units in the Columbus Metro Area and growing. We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
What You Will Do
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. They will also diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform emergency repairs, and provide technical direction and on-the-job training.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician
- HVAC Certification – Type 2
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
- Must be available for on-call as needed
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on holidays with short or no notice
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and personal reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
