Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience
- EPA Certification
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, refrigeration cycles, and tools used in the trade.
- Knowledge of Codes & Regulations: Understanding and adhering to relevant building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions quickly.
- Precision in installation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure systems function efficiently and safely.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and explain complex issues in simple terms.
