Role OverviewThis position is responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, delegating, and auditing of HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and other duties. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining required records.
What You Will Do
The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, inspect assigned areas, record on log, and maintain all required records. They will also respond to and assess various calls and emergencies as required or directed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience, ability to repair and troubleshoot variable air volume terminal bases, knowledge of pneumatic temperature controls, and basic computer skills.
