Job Description
Complete Building Services is hiring HVAC Technicians to support a large campus in Washington, DC. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain site badge
  • Experience with BMS systems and HVAC energy optimization strategies
  • Ten (10) years experience working on commercial HVAC systems
  • HVAC journeyman license preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, preferred
  • Knowledge of local and federal HVAC regulations
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and building management systems (BMS)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, energy management systems, and refrigeration equipment
  • Facilities Maintenance, or related field preferred
  • EPA/CFC Refrigerant Handling Certification required
  • Valid driver's license
