Role Overview

Join our organization to support the fast-growing HVAC business in North America. As a skilled HVAC Technician, you'll work on exciting and relevant facilities, HVAC chillers, and commercial products. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other local market mechanics and provide solutions to customers.

What You Will Do

Provide customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. You'll provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently, including upselling opportunities. You'll also provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to enroll in training programs and JCI's Service Technical Academy to gain knowledge in HVAC products and sales quoting. You'll also be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.

Requirements

  • Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience on Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU's or Roof Top ducted units with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers system components.
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license
