Job Description
Johnson Controls Inc. is looking for forward-thinking talent to join their organization to support the fast-growing HVAC business in North America. The role involves working on light commercial and/or heavy commercial teams with the most advanced heavy commercial and cutting-edge industrial equipment. Employees will be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.

Requirements

  • 12 years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in the HVAC industry and Industrial Petro-Chemical, or Data Center vertical environments.
  • Ammonia and hydrocarbon safety training certification.
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to install complete systems, including Chillers, Rooftop Units, plumbing and all supporting mechanical systems.
  • Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers and/or ammonia / hydrocarbon system components.
  • Ability to maintain and repair industrial equipment, including pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, and plumbing.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to support Branch Customers activities, trouble shooting, installation and repair.
