Job Description
A growing legal team is hiring an Associate Attorney to support a busy default litigation practice with a diverse caseload involving contested foreclosure, eviction and bankruptcy litigation, title disputes, lender liability, quiet title, wrongful foreclosure, and appellate work.

Requirements

  • Active California law license
  • At least 2 years of relevant legal experience
  • Prior creditor rights legal experience
  • Strong litigation, research, drafting, and motion practice skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently
  • Experience with Word, LexisNexis, and case management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid environment
