Job Description
Join Behavioral Health Works as a BCBA Clinical Manager and lead the clinical side of care for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring staff, and guiding families through meaningful progress.
Requirements
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
