Job Description
Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans, providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on responsible and sustainable growth within the autism spectrum disorder field. The BCBA will be directly reporting to the Clinical Director and managing assigned cases.

Requirements

  • Ensure quality service by meeting supervisory and parent training hour requirements
  • Maintain an average of 5 billable clinical hours per day
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs)
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly
  • Conduct FBAs as assigned
  • Establish and monitor program goals, protocols, and measurement systems
  • Write and submit progress reports on time
  • Document clinical time and session notes in CentralReach
  • Conduct monthly client visits
