Role OverviewWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across New York.
What You Will Do
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.

Active BCBA certification, Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
