Job Description
Behavioral Health Works is seeking a BCBA Clinical Manager to lead the clinical side of care, developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
