Job Description
Join Our Team as a BCBA (50% Remote!) — Behavioral Health Works. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits package. The BCBA develops, monitors, and oversees ABA treatment plans, providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors while ensuring quality, data-driven care for every client.

Requirements

  • Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
  • Collaborate with and train parents to support treatment goals
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in CentralReach
  • Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) meetings to promote retention and growth
  • Provide guidance and oversight to staff to ensure program integrity
  • Review and approve progress reports, ensuring timely submission
