Mortgage Processor responsible for managing a loan pipeline, processing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of mortgage processing experience
  • Proficiency in Calyx software
  • In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional guidelines (USDA a plus)
  • Working knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, and TRID regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Benefits

  • Base salary: $48,000 annually
