Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work or Counseling
  • LMSW, or LPC from the State of Michigan
  • Meet qualifications of a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per the Michigan PIHP/CMHSP Provider Qualification per Medicaid Services
