Job Description
Mortgage Closer position responsible for preparing Closing Disclosures, closing packages, and ensuring closed loans are ready for shipment. Hybrid role after training with 2 remote days per week.

Requirements

  • Prior mortgage closing experience from a mortgage company
  • Strong knowledge of TRID guidelines
  • Mortgage Byte experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of real estate and mortgage regulations preferred
  • Ability to review documentation and financial information accurately
