Job Description
Light Industrial Recruiter (Hybrid) for a well-established manufacturing client in Euclid, Ohio. Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite/week and 3 days remotely. 3–6-month contract with potential for extension.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in general labor, light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and working directly with hiring managers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to attend hiring events as needed
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
