Job Description
As a Social Worker / Therapist, you will partner with youth and families in a compassionate way, offering consistent support through meetings, therapy, and responsive crisis care. You'll help foster hope by collaborating with the team to create thoughtful care plans and strengthen each family's support system.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling/Social Work/Psychology
  • Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours as needed
  • Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements

Benefits

  • Starting at $77,250 - $91,250 per year, commensurate rate with experience
  • Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
