Job Description
The Tier 3 Systems & Network Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for executing complex infrastructure and networking projects across client environments. This role requires strong technical depth, disciplined documentation practices, and excellent client communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Systems or Network Engineer with project execution responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing technical project work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience applying quality assurance standards to technical deliverables.
  • Proven history of producing detailed and structured technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Autotask or comparable PSA platform.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Continuous learner with commitment to staying current on emerging technologies and best practices.
