Job Description
Emser Tile LLC is seeking a Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Representative for our local branch. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, operate warehouse functions, and work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, and listening skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and composure under pressure, with a commitment to open communication and trust.
  • Knowledge of database and query functions; functional computer skills required.
  • Ability to accurately read and respond to non-verbal communication.
  • Excellent basic math skills, including piece-to-square-foot calculations and product counting/tracking.
  • Ability to create and produce basic sample boards and handle inventory safely and efficiently.
  • Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
