Hyperscale Project Superintendent

As a Hyperscale Project Superintendent at E2 Optics, you will work with cutting-edge systems in advanced environments, leading teams and outcomes. You will promote company Core Values, assist with project planning, and provide ongoing leadership to field staff. You will also collaborate with project managers, estimators, and sales teams to ensure codes, standards, and customer expectations are met.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting quality site walks, verifying construction activities meet E2 Optics Quality Management Plan and client specifications. You will also develop and enhance data center technical training, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

You should have a strong understanding of general building codes and BICSI Standards, as well as experience in supervising and training teams. Requirements

• High school diploma required, GED or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Construction Management or similar preferred
• BICSI Certified Technician preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction (structured cabling experience preferred)
• Experience in large data center infrastructure industry including technology, quality and safety standards
• Minimum 3 years supervision and/or training experience, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
• Knowledge of general building codes and BICSI Standards
• PMI CAPM Certified Associate of Project Management designation
• Fiber Optic Association CPCT
