Job Description
Perform tasks related to electrical and instrumentation technologies, including recognition and understanding of definitions and abbreviations, application of terms and concepts, and calibration of instruments. Apply principles of pneumatics and understand current-voltage-resistance relationships in direct current circuits. Possess knowledge of current-voltage-impedance relationships in alternating current circuits and basic trouble shooting methods. Read and interpret wiring and ladder diagrams, and understand the operation of basic electric/electronic test equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of electrical & instrumentation field experience
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of National Electrical code guidelines
  • Knowledge and understanding of safe electrical practices
