Role OverviewServe as the primary point of contact and Tier 1 support for all first-party (1P) privacy services, including DataGrid, DSR Services, DataScan, DataMap, Insights reporting. Oversee the complete maintenance and operation of the IcM Data Agent, which manages manual DSRs.
What You Will Do
Provide accurate responses to all 1P privacy-related queries across multiple channels, develop new TSGs or update current ones, address and correct documentation issues, establish continuous measurement systems to monitor team performance.
