Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Textron Identity and Access Management team as a key contributor to the Enterprise IT function. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain identity-related solutions to support the enterprise's needs.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain identity-related solutions, automate and optimize the Identity development process, manage and configure Identity resources, research and assess new solutions, collaborate with other teams, troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues, and ensure compliance with security standards and policies.

Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management
- Experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, AD-LDS, Azure AD, etc.)
- Experience with software development languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational databases, such as MS SQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for managing cloud resources.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools.
