Job Description
Join a world-class academic healthcare organization as a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer. This is a fully remote opportunity and may be based outside of the greater Chicagoland area.

Requirements

  • Develop departmental policies and procedures as they relate to program usage
  • Develop user manuals, participate in user demonstrations and focus groups
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through various information sources
  • Provide technical expertise, develop standards, guidelines, and processes for application systems
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed applications
  • Review system designs and code development for key architectural components
  • Contribute to infrastructure and technology decisions
  • Participate in regional and national IAM communities to share and expand knowledge
  • Formulate and define specifications for complex IAM installations, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Identify and analyze performance and capacity issues
  • Lead installation and maintenance of major operating system components, multiple program products, and ancillary system components
  • Serve as a technical authority on multiple operating system elements
  • Collaborate with users, analysts, and technical staff to resolve system issues
