Job Description
The IAM Operations Analyst II will provide support in the day-to-day operations and administration of Finance of America's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The role will assist in maintaining application, database, server and network access, and provide oversight for an assigned group of applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience with provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Knowledge of technologies underpinning the lending process
  • Knowledge of key U.S. laws and regulations relating to financial services technology and cybersecurity
  • Experience with technology across lending and financial services industry verticals preferred
  • Familiarity with lending and technology industry trends and strategic direction
  • Ability to stay abreast of rapidly changing technologies and ideas across the lending space
  • Proficient with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Analytical end-to-end thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
