Requirements
- Master's Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
- Active Pennsylvania licensure in LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health certification, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check
- Verified absence from all Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
