Job Description
The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Sensor Modeling and Simulation Analysis Engineer to work full-time on-site at our facility in Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate will apply SMSD and COTS analysis tools and techniques for various applications and advise internal customers on remote sensing system performance.
Requirements
Ph.D. degree from an accredited college/university program in Physics, Optics or related discipline
Prior internship at The Aerospace Corporation
0-1 year of industry work experience
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong scientific programming skills in at least one of: Python, C++, Matlab, IDL, etc.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
