Role OverviewThe I&C Technician is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating department operations, managing employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The I&C Technician will perform daily work independently, manage employees, and coordinate activities with other supervisors and managers. They will also be responsible for maintaining KPIs, providing training and mentoring, and driving continuous improvement activities.

Requirements
- 2 or 4 year college degree or technical school certification
