Role OverviewThe ICMP Partner Program Manager is a single-threaded owner responsible for all partner security operations within the Intelligence Community Marketplace Program (ICMP) on the AWS Marketplace Regulated Industries team. This role manages 250+ active security clearances across the ISV partner ecosystem, coordinates facility visit requests enabling ISV personnel to access classified environments for solution development and mission owner engagements, and owns the end-to-end onboarding pipeline for new ISVs entering ICMP.
What You Will Do
Drive innovation across the national security space by enabling new technology partners to build, list, and sell their solutions across the AWS ADCs. Serve as the operational backbone of the Intelligence Community Marketplace Program, ensuring ISV partners can successfully participate in classified marketplaces.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies
- 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
