Job Description
The ICMS Case Manager supports Clients' housing stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration through evidence-based practices. The Case Manager partners with Clients to assess and address barriers to housing placement and implement interventions to support housing retention.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
  • Valid CA Driver's license, reliable car, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record
  • Willing and able to transport Clients in your personal vehicle
