Job Description
The ICMS Case Manager supports Clients' housing stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration through evidence-based practices such as harm reduction, housing first, and trauma-informed care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with homeless individuals AND have a social work/mental health related bachelor’s degree OR have a minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct mental health or intensive case management services
