Job Description
The ICMS Case Manager coordinates and manages the care of consumers in Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS), providing ongoing support to help them function independently and access mental health services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field from an accredited institution and possess one year of relevant supervisory experience
  • Bachelor of Arts in social work, counseling, psychology or related field from an accredited institution, and three years of post-graduate work experience in mental health and possess one year of relevant supervisory experience
  • Budget management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Able to fully utilize technology, including but not limited to Electronic Health Records
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • A compassionate, flexible, and client-focused approach to care
