Role OverviewThe ICMS Program Manager leads Intensive Case Management Services at the Care Campus, with responsibility for service quality, contractual compliance, caseload management, documentation, staff supervision, and effective connections to housing, healthcare, behavioral health, benefits, and other resources.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day leadership of ICMS services and ensure program requirements, workflows, caseloads, and service standards are consistently met. Supervise and develop ICMS Leads and Case Managers.

Must meet the HSH requirements for ICMS Supervisory Staff through an applicable current California clinical license or a qualifying master's degree with the required license-eligible/license-waivered status.
Requirements
- HSH requirements for ICMS Supervisory Staff
- At least one year of case-management experience
- Supervisory or management experience
- Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness
- Knowledge of Housing First, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, CES, housing and benefits systems, and HMIS or comparable documentation systems
