Role OverviewThe IDD Services Senior Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to a team of up to seven direct reports in Washington State. This role is responsible for the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within Washington's Supportive Living Programs.
What You Will Do
Duties include developing and implementing strategic program and fiscal planning initiatives, overseeing the development and evaluation of programs and services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or related field
- 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in human services serving I/DD/IDD populations
- Experience managing HCBS and Medicaid-funded services
- 5+ years of financial management experience, including $20M+ budget oversight, P&L accountability, forecasting, and budget development
- Knowledge of ID, DD, IDD, ICF, CIIBS, MR, and regulatory compliance requirements
