Role OverviewWe are seeking an Identity & Access Analyst Intermediate to join our team. This full-time role will work days, including rotating on-call coverage. The purpose of this position is to manage user's access to the organization's computing resources, including the full lifecycle of user's identities and troubleshooting complex access and credentialing issues.
What You Will Do
Supports all identity and access management control activities, manages user's identities lifecycle, researches and configures provisioning and 'breaks fix' solutions, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and ensures access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.

Requirements
- 3 years relevant Information Security / Access Management experience
- Associates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in HealthCare environments
- Experience working in a ticketing system like ServiceNow
- Experience working with Epic Security or provisioning access in Epic
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Experience creating or using PowerShell Scripting
- 3rd party risk management
- Experience supporting a SSO solution
- Intermediate understanding and working experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of provisioning and managing access
