Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst will process user access requests, create and modify user accounts, administer group memberships, and troubleshoot access-related issues. They will collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to validate access requirements and ensure proper authorization. The IAM Analyst will also monitor identity and access activity for anomalies and escalate potential security concerns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user account administration
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and user lifecycle processes
• Working knowledge of Active Directory (user and group management required)
• Familiarity with Okta or similar SSO/IAM platforms preferred
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including least privilege and access control
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred
• Ability to use administrative tools or scripts for bulk account operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams and provide strong customer service
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain compliance with security standards
