Identity & Access Management (IAM/ICAM) Lead

ERP International is seeking a full-time Identity & Access Management (IAM/ICAM) Lead to support enterprise identity governance, access management, and cybersecurity modernization initiatives within large federal organizations. The successful candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership supporting identity lifecycle management, authentication and authorization services, identity governance, access control modernization, and enterprise cybersecurity transformation efforts.

What You Will Do

The IAM/ICAM Lead will support development and implementation of enterprise IAM/ICAM strategies and roadmaps, assist organizations in modernizing identity governance and access management capabilities, and develop recommendations for improving identity lifecycle management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of cybersecurity, identity management, or access management experience
• 3+ years supporting IAM, ICAM, identity governance, or access management programs
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Authentication and Authorization Services, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certification Processes, and Privileged Access Management Concepts
