Role OverviewThe Identity Intelligence Analyst Lead will oversee multiple teams responsible for triaging and evaluating all-source intelligence to support national watchlisting initiatives aimed at protecting the United States. The analyst will lead multiple teams conducting targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards.
What You Will Do
Leading the integration and analysis of disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed to be threats to the United States; Attending and actively supporting meetings with internal and external partners under the supervision of program and/or customer leadership;

Requirements
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle
- Excellent attention to detail, and willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

- Salary range: $135,000 - $216,000
