Identity Intelligence Analyst

Peraton is seeking a junior Identity Intelligence Analyst to perform all-source intelligence discovery and analysis to support identity resolution and national screening and vetting efforts. The analyst will conduct targeted research and analysis, evaluate results against existing available information, and close intelligence gaps regarding threats to the United States. The analyst will actively and fully participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives to enhance threat mitigation activities.

What You Will Do

Integrate and analyze disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to identify patterns, assess risks, and calculate intent; Validate, discover, and enrich screening and vetting data with new and relevant information in accordance with existing policies and procedures; Ensure all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards; Maintain quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Must demonstrate flexibility and be willing and able to work on a team that supports 16x7 coverage, including weekends and holidays;
• Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
• Excellent attention to detail, and willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures;
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

Benefits

• Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000
• Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
