Role OverviewThe I&E Field Supervisor directly supervises, coordinates, and assists with the activities of the I&E field service technicians. Works with operations and support groups to anticipate, manage, and provide field leadership for service issues and initiatives.

Determines schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activity, manages and coordinates the on-call schedule, monitors human capital needs, evaluates and implements maintenance policies, and performs skilled repair or maintenance operations.
