Job Description
The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Business Analyst to document home-grown systems in IFA/IEDA/ITG for modernization. The role requires the candidate to be in the office 4 days a week and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: Experienced
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis
  • Experience delivering software as part of an Agile delivery team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Experience with requirement gathering software such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or RTC
