Job Description
To learn, perform, and rotate between packer, scaler, styler, and grader positions, and maintain line speeds on any given product at the designated rate.

Requirements

  • Works on a moving conveyor belt using both hands at a fast pace to spread product out on the belt
  • Performs multiple types of packing by hand and packaging machine
  • Inspects, grades, and removes product that does not meet standards
  • Participates as a member of the Team
  • Maintains familiarity with Simmons’ established operating systems
  • Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives
