Job Description
This is a Full Time IFS IT Analyst position. You will handle the support queue, dig into configuration issues, and build documentation and SOPs that scale Polk's internal capability over time. Key responsibilities include owning the T1 and T2 IFS support queue, supporting functional configuration work across Finance, Projects, Field Service Management (FSM), and HR modules, writing and maintaining SOPs, and participating in SteerCo sprint reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience, with working knowledge across Finance, Projects, and/or Field Service Management (FSM) modules
  • Experience with IFS Cloud preferred
  • Comfortable working in JIRA—creating tickets, updating statuses, linking issues, and contributing to sprint ceremonies
  • Strong analytical mindset: you investigate before you escalate and document what you find before you close a ticket
  • Solid written communication skills—you can write an SOP that a non-technical end user will actually follow
  • Familiarity with Power BI as a reporting consumer or builder is a plus
  • Experience supporting ERP users in a construction, MEP, field service, or project-driven business is a meaningful differentiator
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
