Role OverviewJoin our in-house registry team as a dedicated and experienced physical therapist to provide high-quality care at our Outpatient Evanston Physical Therapy Clinic and nearby Outpatient Clinics. This is an hourly position requiring a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient experience and a flexible schedule that aligns with clinic hours.
What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care, teaching, and participation on committees and departmental process improvement. Serve as a role model for all therapists and clinical interns in professional, clinical, communication, education, and leadership activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
- BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
