Role OverviewThe Illustrator - Creative Development will be responsible for developing visual representations, concept artwork, and illustrative content that communicate narrative, environment, and experiential intent across themed entertainment, experiential environments, hospitality, and destination-based mixed-use projects. This role will work in alignment with the Vice President of Creative Development and other Creative team members to translate creative ideas into clear and engaging visual representations throughout all phases of project delivery.
What You Will Do
The Illustrator - Creative Development will perform at a competent level and skill in visual storytelling, illustration, concept development, communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management. They will develop and produce concept artwork, environmental illustrations, and visual storytelling imagery across projects, and support visual development under direction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-6 years of experience in illustration, entertainment design, or related industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept art, environmental illustration, and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into clear and compelling imagery
- Experience working within creative teams and collaborative environments
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools and software
- Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in approach
